Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Lead Full Stack
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements, scope, and objectives for projects.
- Takes ownership to build complex features for enterprise high impact products
- Discuss and propose technical architecture, design decisions, and coding standards to ensure the delivery of reliable and innovative products.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining a high level of code quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement effective test strategies, including automation tests and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make informed recommendations for technology adoption.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Working experience in new age tech like AI/ML,AR/VR and IoT is a huge plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably from top 50 engineering schools in the country
5+ years of software development experience, with a strong hands-on background in Java and/or Python, MERN stack, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
Experience working in a product-based startup environment is preferred.
Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams, including mentoring and performance management.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JS frameworks such as React,React Native or Flutter, Angular, or Vue.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
Prior experience in health tech or related domains is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
Outstanding debugging skills with a proven ability to write optimized code
Must be familiar with version control tools like Git or bitbucket
