Responsibilities:
- Architect and design large-scale, microservices-based systems from scratch (0-1).
- Working with AI team to integrate and deploy AI based capabilities in products.
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance products in a dynamic startup
environment. - Implement agile development practices to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality.
- Gradually introduce AI-assisted development tools and methodologies to enhance
productivity and efficiency across teams. - Provide hands-on expertise with the MERN stack, Azure/AWS cloud, and modern
development frameworks. - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical
excellence. - Manage and mentor multiple technical teams, ensuring collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Working with DevOps team to streamline CI/CD processe
Requirements:
- 6-7+ years of proven experience in building products from the ground up in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development methodologies.
- Prior working exp with a Low Code/No Code system will be a huge plus.
- Working exp with AI and ML based projects (used at scale) will be an outstanding advantage
- Extensive experience in agile methodologies with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in system design, architecture, and execution of large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, and modern development tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.
- Educational background from premier institutes like IITs, top NITs, IISc, BITS Pilani, or an
- M.S. from a top U.S. university.
