Job Title: Senior Product Manager — Enterprise Systems

Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, Accounting) with full-cycle experience.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation efforts across the organization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Liaison: Serve as the bridge between business teams, vendors, and leadership to translate requirements into effective workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for system adoption, usage, and overall business impact.
- Change Management: Oversee employee training, onboarding, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Process Documentation: Document best practices, SOPs, and future-ready system improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Product team based at the Lucknow location.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 8+ years in product management, program management, or enterprise system implementation.
- Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience managing ERP/CRM/enterprise software deployments is strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a small team or specific product function.
- Documentation: Strong communication and professional documentation skills.
