Position Overview:
Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring timely delivery of feature enhancements and
bug fixes.
– Architect, develop, and optimize scalable solutions using the MERN stack and Azure Cloud.
– Utilize AI-driven tools to improve development efficiency and optimize workflows.
– Define, implement, and enforce best practices in coding, DevOps, and cloud deployment.
– Maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence, JIRA, or Trello to track development
progress.
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining performance and
security standards.
Requirements:
– 8-10 years of technical experience with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
– Proven experience in leading multiple development teams in an Agile environment.
– Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Azure Cloud, and AI-driven
development.
– Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation.
– Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
– B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute (preferably).
– Prior experience working in a successful start-up will be a significant advantage.
– Experience in the HealthTech domain is highly preferred.
