Senior Product Manager

Position Overview:

Own end-to-end product delivery for Mobile Applications as a hands-on Individual Contributor.

Lead problem discovery, requirement gathering, and prioritization for mobile products across business lines.

Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand real-world workflows and constraints.

Drive clarity on scope and trade-offs to balance speed with long-term scalability.

Mentor and guide Product Managers and Associate Product Managers after successful delivery and onboarding.

Ensure product decisions comply with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Travel to customer locations (including Lucknow) to validate product assumptions and gather feedback.
Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in Product Management.

Prior experience owning and delivering healthcare software products end-to-end is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into executable plans.

Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams to understand technical trade-offs.

Familiarity with data privacy, compliance-driven constraints, or workflow-heavy systems.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

Willingness to start in a hands-on delivery role before expanding into people management.
